Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

1) Return & Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our business as a bulk manufacturer and supplier of construction materials, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Custom Orders: Products prepared or cut according to your specific project requirements and quantities are not eligible for return.
2) Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of order confirmation and before the shipment has been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
3) Shipping & Delivery:
- Quotes: Delivery charges are not included in the initial product price and will be detailed in your final quotation.
- Delivery Areas: We provide delivery across all seven Provinces of Nepal, with same-day delivery available for orders confirmed before 12 PM.
- Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage for all products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
4) Damaged Goods:
You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damage during transit must be reported to us within [X days] of delivery, along with photo/video evidence, so we can process a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
